Scottish Building Society has signed up to the Charter to help support our mortgage customers.

We’re currently working through the requirements to make sure we have new measures in place in the coming weeks to help meet the needs of our customers.

Meantime, if you're concerned about your mortgage payments, please contact us as soon as possible - this won’t affect your credit rating and we’ll do all we can to help.

You can visit us in our Relationship Centres, or call us on 0333 207 4007 and choose option 2 for mortgages. Our lines are open 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (10am - 5pm Wednesday).
